How do I get started?
Download Plumi from the App Store, open it, and add your baby: name, birthday, and an optional photo. That takes under a minute, and there’s no account to create. You’ll land on the Today screen, ready to log.
Do I need to create an account?
Local care tracking needs no account. You can also purchase Pro without signing in. Sign in with Apple or Google to use sync, sharing or online book lookup.
How do I back up or move my data to a new phone?
Plumi keeps automatic backups in your private iCloud Drive that you can restore from in Settings → Backup. With Plumi Pro, your devices also stay in sync directly: sign in on the new phone and your data fills in on its own.
Is my baby’s data private?
Care records stay on your device by default. Optional Pro sync and partner sharing encrypt them before upload so we cannot read their contents. iCloud backup, book lookup, sign-in and subscription services also use the internet. There are no ads or tracking SDKs. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Plumi, and tap Cancel. You’ll keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
How do I delete my data?
Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app removes it. You can also clear individual babies and entries inside the app. If you use Pro sync, deleting an entry on one device removes it everywhere, and you can delete your account entirely from Settings → Account.
Can I track more than one baby?
Yes, with Plumi Pro. Add as many baby profiles as you like and switch between them in a tap. Each baby keeps its own logs, checklists, and settings.
