A baby sleep tracker that shows the pattern
One tap when they drift off, one glance to see the day. Naps and nights become a rhythm you can actually read — and plan the stroll, the shower, and your own nap around.
- One-tap sleep timer Start it as they drift off and stop it from your Lock Screen — no unlocking, no typing, no waking anyone up.
- The rhythm shows itself Every day becomes one 24-hour line: sleep as soft blue blocks, feeds as little ticks. Stack the days and the pattern appears.
- Calm, not coaching No scores, no sleep-training upsells, no $120-a-year AI coach. Your baby’s pattern, shown clearly, decided by you.
The day's rhythm, at a glance
Every day becomes one line: sleep as soft blue blocks, feeds as little ticks, on a 24-hour timeline. Stack the days and the rhythm shows itself, so you can tell when the next nap is likely due — and watch that 3 a.m. wake-up finally let go.
Naps and nights, totalled
Each sleep lands in the journal with its duration, and the day rolls up automatically — total sleep, number of naps, the long night stretch. Filter to just sleep and swipe back through the week to see how far you've come.

Sleep tracker questions
Is the sleep tracker free?
Yes. Tracking naps and night sleep is free forever, with no account needed. Plumi Pro adds Lock Screen timers, sync across devices and sharing with your partner or caregivers.
How do I track a nap without waking the baby?
One tap starts the timer, and with Plumi Pro it runs right on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island — glance down to see how long it’s been, and stop it without unlocking. You can also log a sleep after the fact with times that snap to “now” or “5 min ago.”
What is the rhythm view?
Every day becomes one line on a 24-hour timeline: sleep as soft blue blocks, feeds as little ticks. Stack the days and you can see when naps drift, when the long night stretch starts, and when the next nap is likely due — without a score or an algorithm telling you what to do.
How much sleep does my baby need?
It varies a lot by age — newborns sleep 14–17 hours a day, one-year-olds closer to 11–14 including naps. Our free baby sleep calculator shows typical ranges by age, split into naps and night. For your baby specifically, your pediatrician is the real guide.
Does it predict wake windows?
Plumi shows your baby’s actual pattern rather than predicting one. Most parents find that after a few days of the rhythm view, the next nap is easy to read straight off the chart — when the last few days all show a nap around 9:30, tomorrow probably will too.
Can my partner see whether the baby is asleep right now?
Yes — a running sleep timer syncs to everyone in the family within seconds, so the question “is she down?” answers itself. One Plumi Pro subscription covers your partner, grandparents and the nanny, each with their own login.
Does it work at night, offline, in airplane mode?
Yes. Everything is logged on your device first and syncs when you’re back online. And the interface is built for one-handed, in-the-dark logging — no bright white screens at 3 a.m.
