Who is the Plumi Team?
The Plumi Team is the small group behind the Plumi baby tracker. Plumi was founded by parents Soner and Esra after trying to keep up with feeds, diapers and sleep during their son's first weeks.
We write about questions that connect directly to everyday baby care and the tools in Plumi. Our experience as parents helps us understand the question, but it does not make us medical professionals. Health articles are educational and should not replace advice from your baby's clinician.
How we prepare an article
We start with the practical decision a parent is trying to make. We then check current guidance from primary or authoritative sources, link those sources beside the relevant claims, and clearly separate general guidance from situations that need professional care.
